On Wednesday, May 4th I had my recently purchased Mitsubishi Legnum towed to your workshop with an alternator problem. I was quickly greeted and was immediately impressed with the friendly service and helpful attitude of you all (Particularly my Kiwi mate, sorry I forgot your name). As my 4 hours of not quite knowing exactly what to do and how to get back to Canberra went on I continued to observe your team's skills, coupled with a fantastic "Can Do" attitude, Steve even organised legal advice for me through the RACQ which, given my situation turned out to be very helpful. Without rambling too much I just wanted to thank you all for making a terrible day that little bit better and I hope that I too can work in a team like yours if I ever return to the trade. Its guys like you that keep the trade honest and I wish you all the very best in Business, Work, And Life.

The team at Caruana Auto Electrics supplied and fitted  a set of xenon high intensity discharge lights to my volvo xc60. When I first purchased my car, the dealership offered me the hid lights as an extra accessary and quoted me about $2000 on top of the purchase price to have them fitted. I declined their offer. After finding Caruana auto electrical on google search, I contacted steve and he explained to me how the lights could be supplied and fitted by them at a fraction of the volvo price so I decided to give them a go. The lighting conversion was fitted quickly by the friendly and professional team. My headlights now look fantastic and work brilliant just like steve said they would. I was very pleased as sometimes going into an auto repair shop can be a very daunting experience. The job was done perfectly. I recently decided to have a hands free car kit installed in my car.  I was nervous as my car was brand new, I did not want holes in my dash and wires hanging above my head.  I also did not know how to go about purchasing a hands free car kit, where to get one, how much should I be paying, would it do the job, would it be too difficult to use?  Caruana Auto Electrical to the rescue!!!  Steve researched and found me the perfect hands free car kit for my car.  Unless you know where to look you cannot even tell the device has been installed.  But best of all, after the installation, the boys at Caruana Auto Electrical, paired my phone to the bluetooth hands free system, and gave me simple instructions on how to use the system.  They were great and sat with me while I practiced making and receiving calls with my hands free car kit.  There is nothing worse than purchasing a technical device and never using it because you do not know how.  It is so good to receive great service and walk away a happy customer.  That is what happens when you go to Caruana Auto Electrical.
